Simplogic.ai Ltd ("Simplogic"). We act as Controller for website/app metadata and business contacts, and as Processor for Customer Content you upload/connect in the Services. Contact: privacy@simplogic.ai.

• Identity & account: name, role, company, business email/phone.
• Usage & security: IP, device/browser IDs, authentication and audit logs.
• Support & communications: tickets, chats/calls, feedback.
• Customer Content: documents/data you or your org upload processed under your instructions only.
• Billing: plan, invoices, limited payment metadata.
• Cookies/analytics: non essential cookies/SDKs only with consent.

• Provide and operate the Services: contract.
• Security, fraud prevention, service protection: legitimate interests / legal obligation.
• Billing and tax records: contract / legal obligation.
• Customer support: contract / legitimate interests.
• Product improvement & analytics: legitimate interests; non essential cookies require consent.
• B2B marketing & service communications: legitimate interests or consent where required: opt out anytime.

• Sub processors/Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, email, support, payments under DPAs.
• Corporate transactions: merger/acquisition with safeguards.
• Legal/Compliance: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

• Customer Content: for your subscription term; delete/return within 30–90 days after termination (per contract).
• Logs & analytics: up to 12 months.
• Support records: up to 24 months.
• B2B marketing contacts: up to 24 months from last interaction; suppression lists retained as needed.

Depending on your location: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction/objection, withdraw consent. Submit requests via privacy-requests or privacy@simplogic.ai. We respond within 30 days (extendable per law).

The Service provides automated insights for assistance only with human oversight. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models. Optional telemetry is opt in/controllable.

Encryption in transit and at rest, MFA/SSO, least privilege access, periodic access reviews, monitoring (SIEM), vulnerability management and patching SLAs, secure SDLC, backups & DR, regular penetration tests.

We will update this notice for material changes and note the effective date. Consent logs kept where required.
